MANILA, Philippines — Homegrown real estate developer Taylormade Development Corporation received two major distinctions at the 14th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, strengthening its position in the country's townhouse development sector.

Taylormade was named Best Townhouse Developer, while Aurella Ridge, its residential development in Rizal, won Best Townhouse Architectural Design.

The awards were presented during a black-tie gala at Shangri-La The Fort in Manila on Aug. 20, 2026. Sixteen organizations were recognized across 46 categories spanning residential and commercial development, architecture, interior design, sustainability, hospitality, industrial property, and social impact.

For Taylormade, the two wins recognize both the company behind its communities and the architectural direction of one of its developments.

According to PropertyGuru, winners are selected with the involvement of an independent panel of industry experts, while the selection process for the Philippine awards is independently supervised. The program recognizes achievements across property development, design, sustainability, and other areas of the real estate industry.

For the 2026 Philippine edition, the independent judging panel included professionals from architecture, real estate, interior design, property management, engineering, and related fields. The selection process was supervised by Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Company – HLB Philippines.
