This section will help you prepare everything required to make your home purchase smooth

1. Duly Filled and Signed Application Form
2. PSA Certificate Marriage Contract (if applicable)
3. Two Valid ID's (Goverment Issued)
4. Widow or Widower (Death Certificate Spouse)
5. For Separated (Legal Seperation, Annulment, and Divorce)
6. Proof of Billing
7. PSA Certificate CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) should be included for single clients
8. Post Dated Checks

Utilities Security Bond

1. Contract of Employment and Certificate of Employment (consularized)
2. Pay Slips (Latest 6 months)
3. Proof of Remittance (latest 6 months)
4. Passport Photocopy (with entry and exit stamps)
5. Bank Statement (latest 6 months)
6. SPA (bank form)

6. Proof of Billing
7. Attorney-in-fact Requirements

Notarized - if the client is in the vicinity of Philippines
Consularized - if the client is currently abroad.

Complete Contact Information

1. Certificate Registration with DTI
2. Current Business Permit
3. Audited Financial Statements (3 years)
4. Income Tax Return 3 years with Official Receipt for BIR payments.
5. List of Trades References (at least 3 names with contact numbers and address of major suppliers and customers)
6. Bank Statement (latest 6 months)
7. PSA Certificate CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) should be included for single clients
8. Post Dated Checks
